Description

Small medical software development company looking for a high energy individual with prior experience in administration including sales and marketing support. Some duties will include:

Various sales/marketing support activities, general office administration, corporate record maintenance, web site updates, assist company president, trade show coordination, sales proposals and assist field representatives.

Must have ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Required Skills

Experience in sales and marketing support, preparation and tracking of proposals, marketing, working knowledge of current MS Office Suite software and Adobe Illustrator. ACT! software experience a plus!

Job Title: Senior Software Programmer
Location: Stony Brook, NY
Position: Full Time

Description:
Viatronix is seeking a full time software developer/programmer to develop and customize applications that utilize graphical user interfaces, visualizations, and virtual reality for medical imaging software products. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to be at the forefront of state-of-the-art technology in medical imaging.

Qualifications:
o Have a BS or higher degree in Computer Science or a closely related field
o Strong programming, testing, and debugging skills
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Good math and problem solving skills
o Ability to quickly learn and customize the old visualization applications

Experience highly appreciated:
- Programming using 3D graphics and visualization libraries, peripheral hardware, and/or user interfaces.
- 3D Rendering algorithm development

Experience desired:
- MFC programming
- OpenGL
- 4 or more years in C++ programming
- Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2005 (v8 or higher)
- Microsoft Windows XP platform
